Daily Creates for Weeks 7 & 8!

Daily Create #1:

Prompt:

eXtreme edit.  Take a photo, then edit that photo to the eXtreme, making the photo extraordinary.

Work:

Extreeeme

This was a picture of an ordinary sode vending machine. Now, it is an EXTREME vending machine! I honestly used so many filters in GIMP, I can’t even list them, but I used the warp, blur, Van Gogh,  and cartoon ones for sure.

It kind of makes me dizzy to look at it.

None the less, it was fun to just press random filters to see what happened.

Daily Create #2:

Prompt:

If a tree in your yard or a houseplant could talk, what would it say?

Work:

But seriously, my trees get chopped down so often. It is an old house, so they’re old trees and they’re apparently “ruining our foundation”, says my dad.

Daily Create #3:

Prompt:
Non-dominant emotion! Draw the best picture you can of a human emotion using your non-dominant hand.

Work:

Human Emotion

I’m a lefty so I did this with my right hand. Honestly, it almost looks better than what it would have been with my left. I choose the emotion of “love”. This is when I see a pumpkin spice latte/my boyfriend.

Daily Create #4:

Prompt: Take a picture of the first thing you do in the morning (toothbrush, computer, etc).

Work:

KarentheKeurig

I promise, it was right side up on my computer but when I uploaded it, flickr messed it up. :/ Anywho, this was my daily create idea! The first thing I do in the morning is turn on Karen the Keurig and get jump started with some coffee.

Daily Create #5:

Prompt: Record a 30 second time capsule message to people 100 years in the future telling them one important thing.

Work:

Corny, yes. But true. This was kind of hard because who knows what they’re going to have in the future?

Daily Create #6:

Prompt:
Soup, soup, glorious soup! Photograph some soup today!

Work:

My "soup."

Meet my “soup”. Shh. It’s noodles from Noodles & Company.I ran out of days to do good Daily Creates, thus I ran around the dorm looking for soup.
